Getting to the Isle of Arran is Easy!
Nestling in the Firth of Clyde, Arran is the most accessible Scottish island...
- Fly directly to Glasgow or Prestwick International Airport.
- From many regions of the UK there are now regular budget flights to Scotland from as little as £26 return.
- From Central London there is a regular Skytrain from Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport, from where Ryanair will fly you to Prestwick at budget prices. Or take the Thameslink to Luton Airport, from where easyJet will fly you to Glasgow Airport. Both airports link quite effortlessly to the ferry terminal.
- Bmibaby.com fly between Glasgow International and Nottingham East Midlands, Birmingham, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Cardiff.
- From most parts of the UK there's a train to Glasgow, from where there's a direct rail link to Ardrossan Harbour, or of course you can drive, either leaving your car at the ferry terminal or bringing it with you.
A short hop to the modern car ferry at Ardrossan means that you can be here in a few hours for minimal outlay.
